The VKB Gladiator NXT EVO Omni Throttle, meant for space simulation games, features the same ergonomic grip design based on its joystick counterpart. Equipped with an OTA adapter, it functions as a versatile 6 DOF throttle device for immersive thruster control. With its user-friendly button layout and durable construction, the Omni Throttle offers a seamless and engaging experience for both beginners and experienced gamers alike.

  • Please note that a straight grip adapter is not included by default.
  • Please note that the Omni Throttle only ships with the SCG Premium grip.

Gladiator NXT EVO Base

The Gladiator NXT EVO Base is designed for precision and versatility:

  • Precision Control: Equipped with 2 contactless MaRS sensors for accurate X and Y axes movement.
  • Functionality: Includes an auto-centering 3-position switch, a throttle wheel, and a rotary encoder.
  • Customization: Features 3 programmable buttons and 2 programmable single-color LEDs for visual feedback.
  • Durability and Comfort: Smooth gimbal with ball bearings and an adjustable dry clutch to fine-tune the resistance.
  • Stability: Comes with a tabletop steel baseplate with non-slip rubber pads.
  • Flexibility: Includes soft (#10), medium (#20), and strong (#30) springs, a spring extractor tool for easy changes, and a complete set of screws and a screwdriver.
  • Connectivity: Includes a 180 cm (6') USB cable and a cable holder tool for UCM Desk Mount compatibility.

General Specifications

Each Gladiator NXT EVO joystick boasts a durable industrial-grade ABS base and grip with a gimbal made from strong glass-fiber-reinforced PA material, ensuring robust performance. It features a stable steel baseplate with non-slip rubber pads for firm placement. Equipped with high-quality ALPS buttons (Japan OEM) and precise, contactless MaRS sensors, the joystick offers lasting performance and accurate control. Dual 32-bit ARM controllers in both the base and grip enable efficient operation, while firmware updates and profile preferences are easily managed via USB, thanks to its onboard memory.
